What is creative by nature?

Creative by nature is an art class, a happy place to take a break from the busy world, an opportunity to try something new and fun. It's also a community of curious people interested in learning more about themselves through art in and around nature. The focus is on being with friends (old and new) while creating art in a playful and joyful way! You can sign up to try out some art projects as an individual or as a group. Contact me if you'd like to arrange for a special gathering. Check back often as there are always new workshops posted!

Is this for kids or adults?

Please consider both! I love gatherings for kids, for adults, for both! Many of the art ideas presented can be done by all ages. Please ask if you have a special request for a group of people or for a special art project.

Where do we meet?

This summer and autumn we are meeting inside and outside! Our property incorporates a 200 year old oak tree savannah, a natural pond, beautiful gardens, a picturesque red barn and many places to create and be inspired! If you prefer, I can bring supplies to your home or a location of your choice. Contact me for details.

What do I need to know?

We are in Prospect Heights. You don't need to bring any supplies unless you'd like to. We have everything you need. Be prepared to be inside or out. Art is sometimes messy, so dress appropriately. Bring a water bottle and a snack if you'd like! Once you sign up for a gathering, more specific information will be emailed to you, including location and unique details.

A signed registration form is required for all children under 13 yrs.
